2026 Gala Tickets are LIVE!
New this year: in-person raffles, win up to $2500 when you attend the gala! Two raffles have been added: a 50/50 Raffle with a limit of 100 tickets and a chance to win up to $1000; and a School Activities Raffle where you can win $1500 of credit toward school activities! Reminder: the online auction goes live April 1st and will continue during the gala. We are excited to use funds raised as seed money for a fantastic Sculpture & Ceramics program at Willows Prep!
Reminder that our gala is no pressure for spending on the auction, and there is no raise-the-paddle event! This is a community-building event for socializing with parents, faculty, and staff while enjoying food and drinks in a fun, relaxing setting.
When: April 18th, 6:30 PM (6 PM for VIP ticket holders)
Where: Hollywood Schoolhouse, Woodinville
What: A fun and relaxing evening of eating, drinking (wine & mocktails), and socializing with parents, faculty, and staff

One-Day Ski Bus: April 3rd
Snow is in the forecast for Stevens Pass, and we are excited that our make up day of skiing is booked! The bus will leave WPS at 8:30 AM on April 3rd and return by 3:30 PM. If you’d like to book a single day of skiing for $85, email skibus@willowsprep.com by Wednesday, April 1st. Additional costs may include: lift ticket; food; equipment rental.
Popcorn Wednesdays!
Popcorn Wednesday resumes on next week on April 1st after school! Parents are able to purchase a 10-bags-for-$10 slot for their student to receive popcorn, if desired. Day of sales are $2/bag, so pre-purchasing the slot is a 50% savings!

Family Association Executive Meeting: Rescheduled
Due to spring break conflicts, the Family Association meeting that was scheduled for April 2nd has been rescheduled to Thursday, April 16th at 8 AM. We will focus on last minute gala details and upcoming events.
Looking Ahead to May
The end of the school year is coming fast, and May is packed with activities, including opportunities for parent volunteers! Here is a brief list of events coming up, with further details coming after Spring Break:
- Teacher Appreciation Week May 4-8.
- Final Eat Out fundraiser at Heritage Restaurant in Woodinville on May 12th.
- Family Association General Meeting on May 14th.
- The SpongeBob Musical by WPS Thespians May 15-16.
- Celebration of Learning, evening of May 21st.
- High School Prom, evening of May 23rd.
- Senior Graduation, evening of May 29th.
