Parent Coffee Chat Series: The Willows Prep High School Diploma
The April Coffee Chat will take place after Spring Break on Friday, April 17th at 8 AM in the WPS cafeteria. In anticipation of celebrating the Class of 2026 graduation, the theme will be all about our high school diploma and beyond. From 8-8:45 Mary Ewart and Jay Khang will go over diploma options at Willows Prep, including a review of the rigor and required elements of the prestigious IB Diploma; how colleges view IB coursework on transcripts; and how WPS uniquely supports students in the pursuit of their academic and personal ambitions. Then from 8:45-9:30 the Family Association will preview the coming gala on April 18th. See you there!
Popcorn Wednesdays!
Popcorn Wednesdays continue through the end of the year! Parents are able to purchase a 10-bags-for-$10 slot for their student to receive popcorn after school, if desired. Day of sales are $2/bag, so pre-purchasing the slot is a 50% savings!

Family Association Executive Meeting: Rescheduled
Join us for our next Executive Meeting on April 16th at 8 AM in the WPS conference room! We will focus on last minute gala details, upcoming events, and current budget status and spending.
Looking Ahead to May
The end of the school year is coming fast, and May is packed with activities, including opportunities for parent volunteers! Here is a brief list of events coming up, with further details coming after Spring Break:
- Teacher Appreciation Week May 4-8.
- Final Eat Out fundraiser at Heritage Restaurant in Woodinville on May 12th.
- Family Association General Meeting on May 14th.
- The SpongeBob Musical by WPS Thespians May 15-16.
- Celebration of Learning, evening of May 21st.
- High School Prom, evening of May 23rd.
- Senior Graduation, evening of May 29th.
