2026 Gala and Auction Success!
Our second annual gala was a huge success! We raised over $35,000 this year, which will provide seed money for a new sculpture and ceramics program to start next school year!

Extra special thanks to the Mixon Family and Longevity Medical Clinic; the Nakada Family and Bellevue Premier Dental; and International Schools Partnership (ISP) for their generous sponsorships of our event.
Through this event, we were able to have a great time and also make a meaningful difference for our students.
Teacher Appreciation Week
Teacher and Staff Appreciation Week is coming fast, starting May 5th! There are events to show gratitude to our teachers and staff planned every day, and there are a number of opportunities for parent and student contributions. For parent volunteer opportunities, please see this sign up.
Students and families are encouraged to post thanks for teachers and staff on electronic boards that will be delivered first thing the morning of Friday, May 8th. We’d love all families to post for your grade level at these links!

Many families choose to send in individual tokens of appreciation. We maintain a Teacher Favorite Things spreadsheet for families who enjoy that opportunity.

The WPS Thespians are hard at work on a spectacular undersea music and dancing extravaganza! The show opens May 15th for one weekend only, so follow this link to get your tickets now!
Parent Ambassadors
Every year, parents from Willows email incoming families to welcome them and answer their questions. An email template is provided; you just personalize it and hit send! If you would are able to welcome students by sending a few emails, please see this sign up.
Popcorn Wednesdays!
Popcorn Wednesdays continue through the end of the year! Parents are able to purchase a 10-bags-for-$10 slot for their student to receive popcorn after school, if desired. Day of sales are $2/bag, so pre-purchasing the slot is a 50% savings!

Looking Ahead to May
The end of the school year is coming fast, and May is packed with activities, including opportunities for parent volunteers! Here is a brief list of events coming up, with further details coming after Spring Break:
- Teacher Appreciation Week May 4-8.
- Final Eat Out fundraiser at Heritage Restaurant in Woodinville on May 12th.
- Family Association General Meeting on May 14th.
- The SpongeBob Musical by WPS Thespians May 15-16.
- Celebration of Learning, evening of May 21st.
- High School Prom, evening of May 23rd.
- Senior Graduation, evening of May 29th.
